Well, what is boring me with the flag is that many picture don't have this sudden criticism. And like that, a good picture become really really bad for one default.

Your point being? This site easily has much harsher examples. Hell, the only thing I really see wrong here is that her arm is bending in a weird way, but there's tons of examples of worse proportions that got OKed.
Hell, the overall quality of the pic is better than many that got accepted. I'm gonna agree with the first two here - it really doesn't deserve the flag. And hell, aren't they not supposed to get flagged in the first three days anyways? If they don't get approved in three days to begin with, they'll not be added. I remember getting told not to do this when I did something similar to a pic that did deserve deletion.

I'd say it looks a little off in places, but the whole "there's worse that's been approved" line gets on my nerves so I won't argue with that. I'd say kyoh_'s just picking nits.
my points is the reason to flag to delete the pic is something like "why the pic cannot be keep on danbooru", not "the art is bad". Some may don't like the post, but others may like it so that is not a good way to flag. We have some tags like "error" for the art and "ranguage" for the language that mean danbooru can still keep them for that.
