She got depressed when Coralie "died" in the simulated universe, got PTSD flashback and unlocked new valk suit via delusion, essentially. The suit itself was implied to be a byproduct of mental stability module of Hyperion to prevent her from going full psycho, hence why it have elements of older valk's suits and abilities.

Oh, and Coralie will be 'revived' in next version, along with getting a new Demon Lord-style valksuit

She stole it from an AU version of her who was so bitter and self-loathing she made it her mission to gaslight her alternates to madness and death.
