Depending on what you mean by quality. If you mean an objective measure of the technical merits of the production, it's actually pretty good. If you mean a subjective measure of comprehension and enjoyability, it's not exactly one of the best videos around.

I just watched it and my first impression is that the awful (read non-existent) transitions is what killed the enjoyability, and that very certainly counts as bad production.
The video is trying to cover too many scenes without properly establishing the relations between them. I think they should remove unnecessary scenes and put more work into transitions. Even a sub-optimal solution of adding some text would have helped with the story line.
