    Sure it is. If they have no metabolism, then they have no need to regulate body temperature, which means no sweat and very little body moisture to cause dirt to stick to them. Not only that, but no water, no fixed temperature, and no biological processes to piggyback on make them a rather inhospitable environment for bacteria as well.

    Just because you don't sweat and have very little body moisture doesn't mean dirt doesn't stick do you. Unless you're sterilized and hermetically sealed in a vacuum, bacteria will inevitably stick to you.

    My dog doesn't sweat either but it still stinks when not cleaned for a month.
