    Me neither, really. Her first line seems like it must be a corruption of some proverb/saying about the sanctity of life, but I can't for the life of me find a source for it.

    She's saying that like Wriggle (being extinguished by Sakyua), even a rat has part of a soul you can use for magical purposes. Live sacrifice and all that.
