This could be referring to the interpretation of Mononobe no Moriya (one of Futo's inspirations) as being a human aspect of the god Moriya. Alternately it could be a sarcastic comment on how the kanji for Mononobe can also be pronounced "mononofu," in which sense it would mean "warrior" and/or "court official."
Or it could be a perfectly innocent comment on finally putting a face to a name Suwako has previously heard about, of course.
