I love this movie so much. I watched it again and again till my blu-ray disc broken 2 weeks ago. In the commentary, Mr. Del Toro said he wanted to depict the Kaiju as nature's force, disaster. So, the idea of this illustration is the same. The Kaiju, cloaked and enforced by the stormy cloud as its wings, ready to land a devastating blow onto my poor Jaeger. Even though I designed the Jaeger as part of class work, I'm indeed a monster fan, too. So I'm on the Kaiju side :D (Big Grin)

I had the best enjoyment of being a 11 years old kid again after so many year of growing older, when watching this masterpiece, as Mr. Del Toro wanted his audiences to feel. Many thanks to his awesome creations. I can't wait for the next one to come out.
