Hysilens' "tummyquarium" isn't real. It's rather clearly just an effect of her dress.
I'd argue otherwise because it sure didn't look like it in the game, but I'll wait until she actually releases and we can observe her more closely.
You can see it in her official art, her "torso" fades into the white of the skirt, and it starts before the metal "pelvis" that you might mistake for the border of a cutout to boot. It's a bit harder to see ingame since most of her scenes show her torso-up, but there are some angles which let you look a little lower, and again, see that it's just an effect on the white of her dress.
