Probably yes. Japan is big into being as considerate of others as possible, even when offing yourself. In animeland, people who are jumping off roofs and bridges usually remove thier shoes before climbing over the railing, so as not to get the bridge edge dirty. I imagine this is much the same thing. After all, it would not be polite to get your fithy shoe dirt all over the inside of the nice clean trash incinerator.
That's not the proper way of disposing of biological waste. There are proper procedures for these things. This incinerator lacks the proper equipment to prevent contaminates from the burned waste to reach and contaminate the area around it. We must take her out of there immediately and move her to an incinerator that has the appropriate modifications for disposing of biological wastes in a safe manner.
