Nah, I think people try to make the translation as much accurate as on written on the speech bubbles.

I checked it again, and got this.

存じ上げる: to know. (From Denshi Jiso)

It seems to indicate that Sakuya really knew nothing about it.

So what exactly is on the 1st panel that looks like something/somebody jump, doesn't look like anybody that I would recognize.

I would say that the first panel shows the effect of Remilia's palm/fist making rather strong contact with the barrier. Think ringing a bell. From the inside.

I like how Remi's fist is still swollen and bruised from her striking a highly reinforced object in the fifth panel..
