    And to think one of reason WHY TSAB switched from mass-based weaponry (coil/railguns) to those kind of weapons because it would be a bitch to reproduce (thus making unregistered weapons a very unlikely problem, among other reasons). And yet one birdbrain was able to reproduce one of their best Ace's main weapon in under five minutes.

    Keep in mind that birdbrain manages a nuclear reactor. I'd pin her as "smart but scatterbrained".
