apparently the girl in black had messed up some magic, and ended up with a dick. she then tried getting rid of it by screwing ther girls, who only ended getting dicks also. As you can see, their latest attempt to sure themselves has not worked either.
It's called Magic, and there's not much more to it than what's posted here on danbooru (just a couple regular scenes). This image is actually the last of the set (so far as I've seen).
