This was intended as a voice actor joke.
The girls in question are from the Pretty Cure series, Hibiki from Suite Pretty Cure and Miki from Fresh Pretty Cure. Their VAs are Ami Koshimizu (Most well known for Kallen Stalfeld and Yukiko Amagi from Code Geass and Persona 4) and Eri Kitamura (Saya Miki from Madoka and Kokonoe Rin from Kodomo no Jikan).
In relation to that, their VAs voiced two of the characters in Dream Club, a visual novel where you relax with several hostesses at a hostess club.
