    Maybe Orin is the reason for the seize fire between Okyuu and Patchouli at SDM, and it seems that Koishi already infected Satori's subconsciousness.

    I didn't even see how she killed her but I don't think the Hate Plague has gotten or at least completely gotten to Satori since her powers are similar to Koishi's, and you can clearly see her plotting about something after. But she's deeply and emotionally upset.

    Well if that's not the reason...

    Maybe Satori decided to take down this insanity outrage by herself by the use of anything since she got denied by the SDM, and it seems that Orin doesn't want her master to do something bad, Satori thinks that Orin would stop her plot so she take her down.

    I quite don't understand since there are too much creepy and sanity snapping scenes.

    Well, she came to apologize about Koishi but read the Big Bad's mind and accused her of something, which Patchy thought was complete crap and violently removed her from the mansion. But the death of more touhous caused by the insanity empower the main villain with each death, so Satori may have accidentally helped her.

    However, I don't really know what the villain's grand scheme is, but they're working with the Lunarians, or at least teh Reisen. And Satori, I don't know what she's thinking but she seems to be doing something with all her eye tentacles as she sits atop her throne in the Palace of Earth Spirits. I just hope someone is passionate or brave enough translates the rest of the current episodes.
