I knew Reimu was inside the hat, I just wasn't sure. She did the same thing with the kotatsu.

As you can see, there's nothing up her sleeves.

Maybe we should mention this strip's name?
Sometimes with name it makes more sense ('bungee Reimu' as example).

I bet it is due to the way the artist draws their heads and how he likes to poke fun about it (you see other examples in his past strips) she could not get out.

Or maybe it's yukkuri Reimu in the hat?
