A secondary character in Bocchi the Rock! So called because she's the Public Announcement system engineer at Starry. Her real name is unknown.

She has aqua/green eyes and long black hair that is purple inner colored with blunt bangs. She is depicted usually wearing goth fashion outfits consisting of either a black choker, long black dress with shoulder cutouts & sleeves past fingers, or a long grey dress and an open black cardigan. She also has a labret piercing and multiple ear piercings.
