Don't add this tag just because thighs are visible. The actual size must be large to use this tag. In general, be careful if you have a character with either a very fat waist that doesn't require the thighs to be very thick, or a very thin waist that requires the thighs to be very thick, if each thigh is about the same size as the character's waist.
