A playable character from Zenless Zone Zero, she is head maid for Victoria Housekeeping Co. and it's most senior member. Rina possesses a beautiful and mature appearance, always maintaining a noble and professional demeanor, even with the most difficult of clients. However, her bangboo, Drusilla may express Rina's true thoughts at times. Despite cooking being her favorite hobby, Rina is quite bad at it, with few being capable of consuming her dishes. Frequently accompanied by her bangboo Anastella and Drusilla, whom she also wields in combat.

Rina has very long low-tied grey hair, red eyes and large breasts. She wears a maid outfit consisting of a black dress with juliet sleeves, a white frilled maid apron, a white bowtie, a white single leg pantyhose with a white kneehigh and a pair of black high heels. She has a maid headdress on her head and numerous spikes throughout her outfit.

Like the other members of Victoria Housekeeping Co. who are based on horror tropes, Rina is inspired by ghosts and the paranormal, represented by her appearance and ability to float.
