An original character by oso (toolate) that is a personification of the 'Hydnum repandum' species of mushroom, also known as the sweet tooth or wood hedgehog.

Her name is listed on oso's website and in his artbook as "Kanoshita Youko" (鹿ノ舌羊子.)
