Abigail Williams in her Third Ascension form from Fate/Grand Order. While her outfit is mostly the same from her Second Ascension, her hair turns white, her skin becomes greyish, and a third eye opens in the keyhole-shaped hole on her forehead. Her teddy bear also changes its appearance, replacing its face with a void that has a purple spiral in the center.
