Reoccurring antagonist who debuted in Shantae: Risky's Revenge. One of the Barons of Sequin Land, thieving bandits who pass themselves off as artifact collectors.

He is a burly, sleazy, militarized cyclops who leads an army of Ammonian Soldiers. He plans to one day conquer the entirety of Sequin Land himself.

He wears a blue coat with an orange shirt underneath and brown pants. He has brown hair and a goatee. Him and his army all wear some sort of blue helmet that feature animalistic tails and ears, with the front of his featuring a :3 face.
