Arthur (ハロルド, Harold in the Japanese version) is a playable character in Fire Emblem Fates.

Elise's subordinate. He crushes evil and protects justice, He's a Hero of Justice, specifically! He has always followed the path of the righteous, all his life, like the waves flow he has obeyed this rule. He has extremely bad luck, which is even reflected in gameplay by his abysmal Luck stat and growth. However, his luck is said to improve in his old age.

He is voiced by Kitazawa Riki in the Japanese version and by Cam Clarke in the English localization.
