Protagonist of The Story of a Manga Artist, a side story set in Kato Takuji's Mechanical Buddy Universe. Her name is revealed to be "Clara" (nicknamed "the Decimator" when she used to be a mercenary) in the serialized manga "Mechanical Buddy Universe 1.0".
