You're on Fire, Pen-chan is a riichi mahjong manga by Fukumoto Nobuyuki, with one volume released in 1986 and one released in 1995. Watanabe Yuuichi, nicknamed Pen-chan after his habit of going for 1-2 waits, is a happy-go-lucky mahjong addict who isn't very good at the game but loves playing.
