Wears a blonde wig tied into a short updo, decorated with a pink flower or pink bow; a pair of earrings, an eyepatch, a necklace, a short pink strapless bodycon dress with a snakeskin print, black fishnet thighhighs and pink pumps.

Retains many of Majima's normal traits, such as his goatee, irezumi and brash personality.
