Altaecia Valeria's twin brother in Wild Arms 2, and is also Anastasia Valeria's descendant. Irving is a wealthy nobleman who bought ARMS and made it into a guerrilla force assembled to combat the terrorist organization Odessa. He is unable to participate in combat due to previous injuries, but he remains a capable leader throughout. Irving's dream with ARMS is to unite the three nations of Filgaia, helping them set aside their differences to fight a common enemy.
