This is said during Episode 10 in an alternate timeline, when after killing a witchified Sayaka, the other magical girls learn of the truth about what they are. In a fit of despair, Mami shoots Kyouko's Soul Gem, killing her instantly, and says this expression as she points her gun at Homura next.
