Miyadeguchi Mizuchi is the main antagonist and the true culprit in Foul Detective Satori, debuting in Chapter 16.
She has sharp teeth and wears her hair in a ponytail with a skull hair ornament. She has hair tubes in front. Mizuchi is depicted with a striped shirt and a striped skirt, similar to prison clothes. Fitting her title, she is decorated with cuffs, shackles, and chains all over. Being a vengeful spirit, she has two ghost tails in place of her lower legs, similar to Soga no Tojiko.
In chapter 42 it is revealed that she used to be a shrine maiden 100 years ago before she was killed by youkai
