Azur Lane's personification of the name ship of the New Orleans-class heavy cruisers. Character design by YD, voiced by Fujiwara Natsumi.

In-game, she is portrayed with short grey hair, blue eyes, and a sizable bust. Her outfit consists of a black dress, black thighhighs, rudder footwear, a see-through red necktie, a blue-and-red see-through dress outer layer, and black gloves. She also wears a tricolor hair ornament on her left.

Her rigging is a split-wing design that holds her three 20.3 cm triple gun mounts on the sides and her two aircraft catapults to her back.
