niels (kyokugen dasshutsu)
A character introduced in Kyokugen Dasshutsu: 9 Jikan 9 Nin 9 no Tobira. Known as "Snake" in English.
Has shoulder-length grey hair and blue eyes which are usually closed. He is blind and has a prosthetic left arm.
Wears a fancy blue jacket over a white shirt, a red necktie, grey pants, and brown shoes.
Yotsuba is his younger sister.
