North Carolina is portrayed in the fairly typical fashion for Americans, being blonde-haired, blue-eyed, tall, and having large breasts. She wears a naval uniform-style white dress with a ribbon bar, black choker, black pantyhose, and brandishes her namesake state's flag on her right shoulder as an armband.
