うつぶせ うつ伏せ 伏臥 趴着 俯卧

Lying flat on one's stomach. Generally, only the stomach, crotch and maybe thighs need to be completely down flat on the surface.

If one hip is higher than the other, then the character is on their side and should be tagged with on side instead.
