shotzo

Shotzos are dark, spherical metal cannons in the Kirby series, with hinges that many of them can readjust themselves on. They are one of the most common enemies in the series, appearing in every main series game.

Common Variants

• Blatzy: A slimmer, more aggressive cannon found in extra modes.
• Coldtzo: A large blue cannon that shoots frozen balls introduced in Kirby's Return to Dream Land.
• Gigatzo: A large cannon with a pinkish red rim and base, shooting flaming balls introduced in Kirby's Return to Dream Land.
• Parasol Shotzo: A Shotzo which drops from above with a parasol.
• Volttzo: A large black and green cannon that shoots electrical balls introduced in Kirby's Return to Dream Land.

Minor Variants

• Cannon Cotta: A Cotta that has been transformed into a cannon in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, resembling a clay pot.
• Cloud Cannon: A Shotzo connected to a balloon with a face, from Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble.
• Flame Shotzo: A red variant that spews fire, in Kirby: Canvas Curse.
• Freezo: A harmless, cyan snowball cannon with a Santa hat and a button eye, in Kirby's Epic Yarn.
• Moto Shotzo: A small, spherical tank on wheels in Kirby Super Star.
• Takotzo: A large octopus that shoots projectiles in Kirby Mass Attack, resembling both Flotzo and Shotzo.
• Wall Shotzo: A Shotzo indented into the wall, in Kirby 64.
