An original character by Rakurakutei Ramen.

A magician who is made an apprentice of Kamishiro Seren, and a relatively late-coming member of the regular cast.

She is clumsy, poor at housework, and incapable of controlling her magic well enough to use low-level magic. For her, it's high-level magic, or nothing. Supposedly, this puts her on the same general level as Seren, who needs a magic item to dampen her magic enough to cast low-level magic, and she has the potential to become a great mage.

Living with the rest of the Karindou cast, she often has trouble with Ginka, who is overtly a lesbian, while Meguru... is not.

She also has a history with Ujikintoki Tamaryu as a party member in a game made that was never released to the wider public, but which is referenced by the Karin-dou 4Koma, anyway.

She now teaches class at the school that Tamaryu goes to.
