tokitsukaze (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Tokitsukaze. Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Fujita Saki.
She is portrayed with short black hair with a side ahoge and long sidelocks, and brown eyes.
Her outfit consists of a long-sleeved white tied shirt with a blue sailor collar, yellow neckerchief, black mini hat patterned off her real-life funnel, black lowleg pantyhose with a side seam, white side-tie panties, and red rudder heels.
Her rigging consists of a quad 61 cm torpedo tubes to her back and a 12.7 cm handgun. Tokitsukaze's official art deliberately gives her a somewhat dog-like appearance, mostly due to her hairstyle.
Skins
Personality
A trait shared with Yukikaze is the way she refers to the admiral, as "Shiree" ("しれえ～"). However, they differ in the way they talk. Yukikaze tends to yell while Tokitsukaze has a sing-songy voice.
