A close-fitting casual strapless dress. Essentially a tube top extended to dress length. Tube dresses generally reach from just past the hips to knee length, and they tend to fit snugly around the legs like a pencil skirt or pencil dress.

A tube dress is strapless, which means it leaves the arms and shoulders bare and has no straps, attached sleeves, or halterneck. Do not use for dresses that have straps or sleeves, such as sleeveless dresses, pencil dresses, halter dresses, or off-shoulder dresses.
