A meme outfit originally created by Dishwasher1910 reminiscent of the virgin killer sweater except with detached sleeves and the front-covering portion below the chest splits off into straps resembling garter straps that connect to sweater thighhighs. A thong of the same color is usually worn with the outfit.
Original design
It gained a sudden boom in popularity in December 2023 due to an art challenge among hololive fanbases in anticipation of that year's Christmas.
