The ZSU-23-4 Shilka is a lightly armored, self-propelled, radar guided anti-aircraft weapon system (SPAAG) produced in Russia in the early 60s. It is still in use by both the Russian Army and the Navy.

It is named after the 'Shilka' river located in Zabaykalsky Krai, south eastern Russia.
