Could be Shanna as well but the way her hair goes down shows that she is pretty much Katua (Catria). Not to mention both donning headbands makes it harder to tell, ugh.

I think the clothes (shoulder armor + white skirt) is more like Shanna. I change the tags then. Thanks :3.
