Shenli/Shenne was a leaked model back when Genshin just launched. She's shown in one stream about character models, same one with Mimi (which now has been reworked into Kokomi). Some people theorized that she's the human form of Cloud Retainer, given the similarities in the model with the heron, but some other theorized that she has been reworked into Eula, given the similarities (Cyro Claymore).
