It's tag what you see, not tag what might be there or not. The shape is ambiguous and could be either or.

I don't know if there's a single tag for the whole pose, but it seems like lying, on_back, yokozuwari, sitting, and arm_support would do it for the poses.

Looks like it would warrant the blue hair tag, though this obviously varies based on monitor quality and color perception. I personally use lavender for a light-purple color.

Didn't even know that there is a lavender hair tag. Good to know :].

I hesitate to tag that pale brown thing pelvic_curtain because it's so narrow and she has trousers on under it. There are definitely hip_vents on the trousers, though.
