Ribbon of Saint George implication

BUR #14512 has been rejected.

create implication ribbon_of_saint_george -> striped_ribbon

I am not going to request orange ribbon, black ribbon and two-tone ribbon implication despite the original colours - because it can be rendered monochrome (as in post #3117829).

It isn't always an actual ribbon, e.g. post #5329836.

The bulk update request #14512 (forum #230777) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
