This is clearly just Saber Alter. It's the same character. If we don't like trees of implications then we should unimply saber alter from artoria pendragon (fate), not try to force these obvious skins of defined character apart. At the moment it's really hard to find all variants of just Saber Alter with a single search.

(As I've offhandedly mentioned previously it might be a good idea to continue keeping Mysterious Heroine X and Mysterious Heroine XX separate cuz of the aged up aspect. Same applies to MHXA and MHXXA.)

Remaining posts here (more specifically using the query saber_alter_(swimsuit_rider) -saber_alter_(swimsuit_rider)_(*_ascension) to avoid false positives for cosplay tags) are ambiguous adapted costumes and/or cosplays. Usually the main way it’s identifiable is the maid headdress which she arguably shares with her carnival phantasm maid appearance so… shrug

The only one that remains is post #3604320 and children, but I'm not sure why they're being tagged as swimsuit rider.

In the meanwhile we also got saber_alter_(swimsuit_rider)_(final_ascension) Should this imply saber_alter_(swimsuit_rider)_(second_ascension)?

It's the presence of the popsicle in her mouth. She is seen eating them as a swimsuit rider and it shows up in her saint graphs.

I'm not too picky about where it gets implied, I'm fine with it going to second ascension or straight to base tag. Second ascension probably makes more sense with how minimal the differences are.
